SUBMISSION TO THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE ON LEGAL AFFAIRS, HUMAN RIGHTS AND GOVERNANCE - THE JUDGES (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) AMENDMENT BILL, N.A.B NO. 6 OF 2022

Further to the request of the Clerk of the National Assembly to the Commission to submit a memorandum to the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs Human Rights and Governance made on 13th April, 2022 concerning the consideration of the Judges (Conditions of Service) Amendment Bill No. 6 of 2022, the Zambia Law Development Commission hereby makes the following submissions addressing the ramifications of the proposed Bill to the said Committee.
